One day, hands-on. You will spend most of it building agentic AI processes on a real, messy, inherited codebase - the kind you actually walk into on a job, not a clean tutorial repo. Then a two-week piece afterwards, on your own real work.
In a controlled study, doctors were given AI advice that was confident and wrong. Their accuracy got worse. The most experienced clinicians fell the hardest - because years had taught them that a well-articulated claim in their field is usually correct. They had everything they needed to catch the error. They just did not engage it.
That is the whole problem. Not that AI is too clever. That we stop asking.
So this is not a day about prompts or tools. It is about what questions appear in your head when a machine hands you something fluent - and whether the professional discipline you already have fires when the source is a chat window instead of a colleague.
