C4AIL membership is not a newsletter or a login. It is a room where people who
build things get their actual work challenged by people who don't work for them - every other
Tuesday in Singapore - and everything that accumulates around it.
EVERY OTHER TUESDAY · FROM 6 OCTOBER 2026 · FREE TO ATTEND
EVERY OTHER TUESDAY · 7PM
The AI Guildhall
THE HEART OF IT · FREE TO ATTEND
Two hours. You bring live work - the thing actually on your desk this week, not an
exercise. Halfway through, one person shows something unfinished and the room takes it apart.
WHAT HAPPENS
One sentence each on what you're working on. No introductions round.
Everyone works, side by side, on their own real problem.
One person puts theirs up. Four questions: what are you actually trying to do, why this way, where would it break, how would you know if it was wrong.
Afterwards we go somewhere and don't talk about it.
WHAT IT IS NOT
Not a course. Nobody teaches you. You bring the problem.
Not a meetup. You don't come to network. You come to work.
Not consultancy. Nobody does it for you.
Free · but you have to apply, and not everyone gets in
Who it's for: you're building something real and want it
challenged by people who have no stake in being nice about it. Most useful if you know a domain
well - law, finance, medicine, engineering, operations - and you're working out what AI does to
it. Twenty years of judgment is an asset here, not something to apologise for. You don't need to
be technical. You do need to be building something.
Where it runs: Kingston International College, Singapore.
If you're still working out what AI is, this isn't the right room - and we'd
rather say so than waste your evening. Start with the
AI Collective - a separate,
free AI community we run events with here. No application, and built for exactly that. Come here when you've got something you're
building and you want it pulled apart.
What membership is
One community, four tiers. You start free and stay free for as long as that is the right level
- nothing here expires or nags you upward.

THE ROOM · APPLY TO JOIN
The fortnightly session, the people in it, and everything said there. This is the
whole thing at base level, not a trial of it. Most members never need more.
YOU GET
The room, every other Tuesday
Your work challenged by people from other organisations
Whatever the room produces, as it accumulates
WHAT IT COSTS
Nothing
But you apply, and not everyone gets in
You bring real work, every time
PRACTITIONER · AMPLIFIER · ORCHESTRATOR · FROM JANUARY 2027
The tiers above
NOT YET OPEN
Paid membership opens in January and buys what accumulates rather than
what happens in the room - the archive of shipped work, the portfolio that follows you, peer
groups, and eventually assessment toward the practitioner credentials.
Assessment is never bundled. No tier buys you closer to a
credential. You can be a member and fail an assessment; you can pass one without being a member.
That separation is deliberate and permanent.
Apply as an Explorer now - members are where the higher tiers come from.
The one-day intensives
Separate from the room, and paid. Run as cohorts a few times a year rather than on a schedule.

AI Consulting
BECOME A TOP-TIER AI CONSULTANT / PRODUCT LEADER
Scope agentic work that organisations keep using and can measure - the bridge
between what the business needs and what the product does.
WHAT YOU LEARN
Interview a practitioner and find where the judgment really sits
Decompose a workflow: what an agent owns, what stays human
Design and validate an agentic workflow end to end
Size it with numbers that survive being questioned
WHAT IT GETS YOU
Agentic work that moves numbers the business cares about
Workflows teams still use months later, not pilots that die
Less patching - it keeps running after you hand it over
You become the interface between business and product
$1,200 · 20 seats only · scholarships available
Prerequisites: you own or shape AI work - product owners,
consultants, transformation leads. Not an introduction to AI.
NEXT COHORT · DATE TBA
Agentic Building
BECOME A TOP-TIER AGENTIC AI ENGINEER
Build agentic AI that holds up in production and pays for itself - instead of
workflows you spend every week patching.
WHAT YOU LEARN
Read an unfamiliar, messy codebase and locate the change
Build an agentic workflow on a real system, not a tutorial
Put logic in code, the model only where judgment is needed
Gate anything the agent cannot undo
WHAT IT GETS YOU
Workflows that hold up without constant babysitting
Stop rebuilding - the fix is architecture, not more prompting
Ship something that survives production, not a demo
Be the engineer who can actually deliver this
$1,200 · 20 seats only · scholarships available
Prerequisites: you should already know some AI or software.
Engineers and career-changers welcome.

Why it exists
In a controlled study, doctors were given AI advice that was confident and wrong. Their accuracy
got worse. The most experienced clinicians fell the hardest - because years had
taught them that a well-articulated claim in their field is usually correct. They had everything
they needed to catch the error. They just did not engage it.
That is the whole problem. Not that AI is too clever. That we stop asking.
Why it is harder than it looks
Building an agent that actually works is a multi-disciplinary job. You need
design thinking, to work out what the process should even be. Psychology
and UX, because you are modelling how someone really works, not how they describe it.
Software engineering, because it has to hold up when nobody is watching. And enough
understanding of how the model works to know where it will drift.
Most people are strong in one or two. That gap is why so many agent projects quietly die - not
because the demo failed, but because the thing needed patching every week until someone shelved it.
Straight about the other half of it: this is also how I find people for the
Guildhall - the C4AIL community, and the work that comes after it.
The aim is helping people get there, if they can. I will give you everything I
have on the day and for the two weeks after. Whether it lands is partly on you, and I would rather
say that now than sell you a certificate. Either way you will leave knowing something real about
how these tools work and where they will burn you.
